On May 23-25, at the University of Parma, the XXV Biennal Colloquium of the Italian Association of Comparative Law will take place. On an intense three-day program, there will be many interesting presentations around a topic that deals with our own life: food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will be giving a speech on the international legal regime of seeds and about the models of regulation adopted by states and by the international institutions, particularly as far as the implementation of the Nagoya Protocol is concerned, relative to seeds and agri-food chains and markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
