As every year, the Italian Association of Copyright Law is organizing its annual conference, that will take place on September 13, 2019, at the Aula Magna of Palazzo di Giustizia in Milan.
This year, the main topic will be the recent EU Directive on Digital Copyright and, as usual, there is an impressive list of contributors. The full programma is available for download here.
I will be giving a speech on the right of revocation that the Directive grants to authors and performers in case of lack of exploitation of their works of authorship.
